FedEx. Transatlantic air, on a deadline.

FedEx is the lane we book when the delivery date is the whole point and the parcel has an ocean to cross. We hold a direct account with FedEx Express Greece and book two service levels from it.

What we do

We pack your order and ship it
on FedEx, to 125+ countries, across an ocean on a date, under a number you can follow.

Every parcel leaves our Patras warehouse on our own FedEx account - we book the service, we clear the export, we pay the bill and we chase the exception. You get a tracking number the moment it is scanned into the network, and it tracks on fedex.com like any other FedEx shipment. Because it is one.

Why the carrier matters

Air freight promises a date. Marketplaces hold you to it.

01

Amazon's clock does not pause for customs

Late Shipment Rate and Order Defect Rate come straight off carrier scan data, and a seller who slips past them loses the Buy Box with no warning shot. We book FedEx precisely when the promised date leaves no slack, so the scan record backs up the delivery estimate Amazon already showed the buyer.

02

Top Rated on eBay rewards the deadline you kept

The discount on eBay's final value fee and the lift in search both trace back to on-time delivery, parcel by parcel. A time-definite FedEx service is how we protect that record on the transatlantic lane, where a missed date is the hardest one to recover from.

03

On your own site, a missed date is your problem alone

There is no marketplace standing between an anxious buyer and your inbox. A parcel with a number the moment it is scanned turns that anxiety into a status page instead of a dispute - which is the whole point of booking FedEx when the date is what was actually sold.

The network behind it

One floor in Patras. Every FedEx label starts here.

How the carrier gets chosen

We rate the parcel. Then we book the lane.

Every parcel is rated across every carrier account we hold the moment it leaves the packing bench, against the date the customer was promised, and the account that lands it cheapest without missing that date gets the parcel. The engine behind that call is ours, wired into the warehouse system, and it runs fresh on every single order.

A manufacturer is buying that decision, not a rate-card discount and not a single carrier held up as the answer: a despatch call made parcel by parcel, backed by our own contracts. FedEx is one of the accounts that call can reach for.

The lanes we book

What we run through FedEx.

01

FedEx

Air priority, time-definite, transatlantic. We book it when a customer or a marketplace has committed to a date we cannot miss.

02

FedEx Economy

The deferred air service on the same network. It is what we book when the date has enough slack to be worth the saving.

Why it matters

What a FedEx account buys the brand we sell for.

01

Air freight is a different decision from parcel post

A heavy or high-value consignment crossing the Atlantic is priced on dimensional weight and cleared as freight. We book that consignment as freight on the FedEx account rather than splitting it into parcels to make a parcel rate work.

02

A second transatlantic network, deliberately

We keep FedEx alongside UPS on the same lane on purpose. When one network is congested, embargoed or weather-bound, the rating service moves the parcel to the other on the day, with no contract to renegotiate.

03

The date is the product

We do not book FedEx to be cheap and we do not claim it is. We book it when the delivery date is what the customer bought, and we accept the rate that buys the date.

Start

One email starts it. Let’s get your parcels moving.

Tell us what you ship and where it lands. We’ll tell you straight whether FedEx is the lane for it, which of the two services it travels on, and what it costs to land.

  1. 01

You send one email. Product, weight, destination countries.

  2. 02

We read it. No forms. No gatekeeping.

  3. 03

We rate it on our FedEx account and every other one we hold. A landed cost, a delivery window, and the service it ships on.

Questions

FedEx questions we get asked.

Is FedEx tracking available in Greek?

No. FedEx runs Greece as an English-language site, so the tracker opens in English. The tracking numbers and the results are the same.

Why did my order ship FedEx instead of UPS?

Both are transatlantic lanes we hold. At despatch we rate the parcel across them and book whichever meets the promised date at the lower landed cost that day.

How long does FedEx take from Greece to the United States?

FedEx air priority is a time-definite service and the committed date is shown on the tracking record once the waybill is scanned. Customs clearance at the destination sits outside that commitment.

FedEx Express and its marks are trademarks of their owner. TPL S.A. holds a carrier account with them and neither owns them nor acts as their agent. Tracking opens on fedex.com; we do not receive or store the number you enter.
