Serving as DNA Filters
international retail gateway.
DNA High Performance Filters makes the filters in Mandra, and exports to 42+ countries. We run the direct-to-consumer operation as the merchant: listings, pricing, fulfilment and customer care.

- Since 2017
- Our first partner
- Merchant of record
- One dedicated team
From the first pallets to a plan for next year.
First pallets to Patras
In our first year, DNA hands us the operation. We list, price and ship their filters as the merchant: pallets in, orders out.
Market by market, one platform
The catalogue goes live across marketplaces and owned storefronts: listings, pricing, fulfilment and multilingual care from one team.
Strategy, set together
We review the year in detail with DNA, then set the plan: efficiency, product development, international market growth.
Still extending
Partnerships here are measured in years, not campaigns. DNA’s is the longest one on the platform.
DNA makes the filters. We run everything after that.
One dedicated team runs the account daily, on the same in-house platform that runs every other brand here. DNA gets the reporting, not the plumbing.
What we run
Listings and product content, across marketplaces and owned storefronts.
Pricing and advertising, market by market.
Fulfilment from our own warehouse in Patras.
Customer care, returns and warranty, in the buyer’s language.
Same questions. Straight answers.
DNA runs on D2C. Here is that column beside the other four: same questions, straight answers, one sheet.

| Best when | You make a strong product and want everything else off your desk. | You supply volume and want proven channels without building D2C. | Deep catalog or made-to-order: committing stock upfront makes no sense. | You keep ownership and accounts; operations are what's eating you. | The operation is the bottleneck: you want it multiplied, not outsourced. |
| The trade-off | We take it on selectively: your brand must earn repeat purchases across borders. | Less brand-building than D2C. We sell where demand already exists. | Slower delivery promise than stocked models; margins are tighter for both of us. | Your working capital stays tied up in inventory because you keep the inventory. | Your people keep the work. They don't keep their habits. |

One email starts it. Your brand could be the next study here.
You have just read how we have run DNA since 2017. Tell us what you make, and we’ll tell you straight whether D2C fits, or which of the other 4 models does.

You send one email. Category, price point, market size.
- 02
We read it. No forms. No gatekeeping.
- 03
We do the market research. A straight yes, no, or a different model.
