1. Who we are

This website, www.tpl.gr (the "Site"), is operated by TPL S.A., a société anonyme incorporated under the laws of Greece, with its registered seat at Ethnomartyron 40, 263 33 Patras, Greece, VAT EL800864603, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) no. 143336716000, LEI 9845006C601CB29D1H76 ("TPL", "we", "us"). 2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms of use and to our privacy & cookies policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Using the Site on behalf of a company means you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Certain features ask for your explicit acceptance before they run: the contact form, the introduce-yourself form and newsletter sign-up each carry their own tick-box, and the analytics and advertising tags described in the privacy policy fire only after you accept them in the cookie banner. The contact-page map is not one of them; it loads an embedded Google Map on our legitimate interest, which the privacy policy explains in section 5.

3. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page and its version line. Changes apply from the moment they are published; material changes will be flagged on this page for 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

4. Using this site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and view its content for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data (including email addresses and phone numbers) by manual or automated means;
• interfere with the Site's operation, probe or test its vulnerability, or bypass any technical measure;
• use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site;
• frame or mirror the Site, or use our name or marks in metadata or hidden text, without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or block access to the Site (in whole or in part, at any time and without notice) to protect the Site, other users, or ourselves.

5. Intellectual property & trademarks

The Site and everything on it (text, design, graphics, photography, illustrations, video, code, and layout) belong to TPL S.A. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws of Greece, the European Union, the United States and international treaties.

Taking Products Live® is a registered trademark of TPL S.A. The TPL name, logo and cube mark are trademarks of TPL S.A. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use them. Third-party marks that appear on the Site (marketplace names, partner and membership logos) belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

6. Products, marketplaces & purchases

TPL sells products through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay and Etsy) and through brand storefronts we operate. The Site itself does not sell products and takes no orders or payments. Every purchase is concluded on the platform where you bought it, under that platform's terms of sale, and your contract of sale (including delivery, returns, withdrawal and warranty terms) is governed by the terms presented at that point of sale.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including EU consumer-protection law (e.g. the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales and the legal guarantee of conformity) and equivalent protections elsewhere. Product information on this Site is provided for general presentation and may differ from the listing at the point of sale; the point-of-sale listing prevails.

7. Content you send us

If you send us material through the Site (a brand pitch, a catalogue, an introduction, CVs or portfolio files) you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Unless we sign a separate confidentiality agreement with you first, material you send is treated as non-confidential, though personal data in it is always handled under our privacy policy. We owe no obligation to review, return or act on unsolicited material.

8. Third-party links & embedded services

The Site links to services operated by third parties and embeds some of their content: the contact-page map is an embedded Google Map, pages may embed YouTube videos and Google Maps, and the analytics and advertising services listed in the privacy policy's service table are deployed through Google Tag Manager subject to your cookie consent. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it (including figures, dates and plans) is complete, current or suitable for any decision. Forward-looking statements (such as launch plans) describe intent, not commitments.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TPL S.A., its group companies, directors and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability arising out of the Site is limited to €100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such limits are not permitted, or your non-waivable rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold TPL S.A. harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent the claim results from our own fault. This clause does not apply to consumers where such indemnities are not enforceable.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Patras, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to sue or be sued at home, you keep that right, along with any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (opens in a new tab). We prefer to fix problems directly. Write to us first and we reply within 1 business day.

13. Severability, waiver & assignment

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remain in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intent. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours within the A7 Holding LLC group or in a corporate reorganisation.
