.gr domain names.
We register them as an EETT-accredited registrar.
TPL S.A. registers and manages [.gr] and [.ελ] domain names under a licence from EETT, the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission. Our EETT registry number is 22-051. It is on the public register, and the link below opens it.
The licence. Registry number 22-051.
EETT licenses every registrar allowed to assign a [.gr] or [.ελ] name, and publishes the list. TPL S.A. sits on that list under registry number 22-051.
Nothing here asks you to take our word for it. Open the register, and read the entry.

Who licenses us. EETT, the regulator. Not a reseller.
EETT grants our licence, sets the acts we may perform on a name, and publishes the forms we have to use. In its own words:
EETT is the Hellenic Regulatory Authority that regulates, supervises and monitors the electronic communications and postal services sectors, in which it also exercises exclusively all the competences of a competition authority. EETT has been designated as the Digital Services Coordinator (DSC) of Greece, having also other competences related to digital markets.
What we do as your registrar. We file your name, in your name.
We undertake the registration of [.gr] and [.ελ] domain names on behalf of the people and companies that hold them. The name is yours, not ours: we are the party EETT holds responsible for filing it, keeping its details current and renewing it on time.
EETT licenses us to do that, and we meet the requirements laid down in Annex II of the Regulation on management and assignment of [.gr] or [.ελ] domain names - the same Annex every other registrar is measured against.

What it costs. Our charges, printed in full.
These are the amounts we charge for each act on a [.gr] or [.ελ] name, and the fee we pay EETT is already inside every one of them. Which table applies depends on the length of the variable field - the part you choose, before the extension.
Acts with a variable field of more than two characters
| Act | Amount (€) |
|---|---|
| Activation of a reserved domain name | 44 |
| Transfer of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 44 |
| Change of corporate name / name of a Holder of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 44 |
| Renewal of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 30 |
Acts with a variable field of two characters
| Act | Amount (€) |
|---|---|
| Assignment of a domain name | 550 |
| Activation of a reserved domain name | 550 |
| Transfer of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 44 |
| Change of corporate name / name of a Holder of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 44 |
| Renewal of an assigned or activated reserved domain name | 550 |
Notes
- The fee we pay EETT is included in every amount above.
- VAT not included.
- Each amount covers a term of 2 years.
- Two acts are absent from both tables, because EETT’s schedule sets an amount for neither: the assignment of a name whose variable field runs longer than two characters, and a change of registrar. We quote both from the domain desk, before you commit to anything.
Check a name. The registry, direct.
Before you ask us to register anything, look it up. The registry of Internet domain names under [.gr] and [.ελ] is public, run by FORTH, and it answers in one query whether a name is assigned, activated, reserved or free.

The forms. 6 annexes, exactly as EETT publishes them.
We have to use the templates annexed to the Regulation - we are not free to write our own. These are annexes VI to XI, pages 51 to 75 of EETT's Regulation on the management and assignment of [.gr] and [.ελ] domain names, split one file per annex. Each opens in a new tab; save it from there.
