BOX NOW. Lockers, planned for 2026.

BOX NOW is a locker network across Greece, and it is a lane we intend to open in 2026. We are publishing this page now because customers already ask for it, and because we would rather state a date than imply a service we do not run.

Planned lane, 2026. We do not ship BOX NOW today.

What we do

We pack your order and ship it
to a BOX NOW locker, across Greece, on your customer’s own clock, and back again if it has to come back.

The parcel leaves our Patras warehouse for the locker your customer picked, and they collect it with a code whenever suits them - no delivery window, no second attempt, no signature at a door nobody is behind. You get a voucher ID the moment it is scanned, and it tracks on boxnow.gr like any other BOX NOW parcel. The return goes back into the same locker.

Why the carrier matters

A late parcel is not an apology. It is a number on your account.

01

Skroutz shows a delivery date, and holds you to it

A Greek buyer starts at Skroutz, and the listing they compare carries a delivery estimate and a seller rating built out of whether that estimate held. The carrier is what decides it. We despatch same day from Patras onto a lane that scans, so the date on the listing is a date we can keep.

02

A locker cannot miss the customer

The expensive failure in Greek delivery is nobody at the door: a second attempt, a support ticket and a customer who now has an opinion about your brand. A parcel that waits in a locker until its owner walks past has no failed attempt to fail at, which takes a whole class of complaint off your account before it happens.

03

The return is the half that decides the reorder

On your own storefront a return is where you lose the customer or keep them. A network that runs in both directions means the buyer posts it back into the locker they collected it from, on their own clock, with no queue and no printer - and we see it come back into stock rather than argue about whether it was sent.

The network behind it

The floor your parcel leaves from. One building, in Patras.

How the carrier gets chosen

We rate the parcel. Then we book the lane.

Every parcel we pick is priced across every carrier account we hold, at the moment it is packed, against the delivery date the customer was promised. The carrier that meets the date at the lowest landed cost wins the parcel. That decision runs on our own rating service, wired into the warehouse system, and it runs on every order rather than on a rule someone set once.

This is the part a manufacturer is buying. Not a discount on a rate card, and not one carrier held up as the answer, but a despatch decision taken per parcel with our contracts behind it. BOX NOW is one of the accounts that decision can reach for.

The lanes we book

What we run through BOX NOW.

01

Locker collection

The parcel goes to a locker the customer chooses, and they collect it on their own clock with a code. No delivery window, no second attempt, no signature at a door nobody is behind.

02

Returns into the same locker

A locker network runs in both directions. The return leg is the half that matters most to a manufacturer, because a return that is easy to post is a return that actually comes back and re-enters stock.

Why it matters

What a BOX NOW account buys the brand we sell for.

01

Out-of-home delivery is what Greek buyers keep asking for

A locker removes the delivery window, which is the single most common complaint on a home delivery. We are opening the lane because the demand is already in our support queue.

02

It sits alongside ACS, it does not replace it

A locker is a choice, not a default. Cash on delivery and door delivery stay on ACS, and the rating service will treat BOX NOW as one more lane to be chosen against, once it is live.

03

We will say when it is live, on this page

The lane is not open. When it opens, this page changes and the date moves from planned to live. Until then, an order placed with us ships on the carriers above.

Start

One email starts it. Let’s get your parcels moving.

Tell us what you sell and where in Greece it goes. We’ll tell you straight whether it fits a locker, what it costs to land from Patras, and which lane your returns should come back on.

  1. 01

You send one email. Product, box size, where your buyers are.

  2. 02

We read it. No forms. No gatekeeping.

  3. 03

We rate it across every carrier account we hold. A landed cost, a delivery window, and a straight answer on lockers.

Questions

BOX NOW questions we get asked.

Can I choose a BOX NOW locker for my order today?

No. The lane is planned for 2026 and is not open. Orders ship today on DHL, UPS, FedEx or ACS depending on the destination and the date.

Why publish a page for a carrier you do not use yet?

Because customers search for it, and because the alternative is a page that implies a service we do not run. When the lane opens, this page is where it will be announced.

Will the tracker above work?

It opens the BOX NOW tracker with your number, so it works for any BOX NOW parcel you have. It will not find a TPL order until we start shipping on the lane.

BOX NOW and its marks are trademarks of their owner. TPL S.A. holds a carrier account with them and neither owns them nor acts as their agent. Tracking opens on boxnow.gr; we do not receive or store the number you enter.
