DHL. Worldwide, and through customs.

DHL is the lane we reach for when a parcel has to leave the European Union and arrive on a date. We hold a direct account with DHL Express Ελλάς and we book three separate DHL services from it, not one.

What we do

We pack your order and ship it
on DHL, to 125+ countries, through customs on our own account, under a number you can follow.

Every parcel leaves our Patras warehouse on our own DHL account - we book the service, we clear the export, we pay the bill and we chase the exception. You get a waybill number the moment it is scanned into the network, and it tracks on dhl.com like any other DHL shipment. Because it is one.

Why the carrier matters

A late parcel is not an apology. It is a number on your account.

01

Amazon scores every despatch you make

Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, Order Defect Rate: Amazon measures the carrier, not the intention, and a seller who drifts past the thresholds loses the Buy Box before anyone explains why. We ship on accounts that scan at every handover, so the tracking is valid from the first event and the promised date is one we can keep.

02

eBay pays for on-time, and charges for late

Top Rated status on eBay is built out of tracked despatch and on-time delivery, and it is worth a discount on the final value fee and a better position in search. It is won one parcel at a time and lost the same way. A carrier that scans on collection and delivers on the date is the whole of it.

03

On your own store there is nobody else to blame

A marketplace absorbs the complaint. Your own storefront does not: a buyer with no tracking number opens a dispute with their bank instead of a ticket with you, and the cost of that is the order, the fee and the customer. We give every order a number the buyer can follow the hour it is scanned into the network.

The network behind it

The floor your parcel leaves from. One building, in Patras.

The mezzanine storage floor of the Patras facility, with glass offices beyond A working session around the long table in Patras, laptops open and the deck up on the wall screen The Patras floor mid-session: the meeting table in the foreground, the photo studio set up behind it Four colleagues at the back-office desks in Patras, each on a dual-screen station The TPL team outside the Patras building at the end of the day, the company dog in front TPL’s fulfilment facility in Patras, with company signage The plan on the meeting-room screen in Patras, the team assignments listed on the flipchart beside it A customer-care agent working through orders on a dual-monitor desk A warehouse aisle stocked with boxed DNA performance filters
How the carrier gets chosen

We rate the parcel. Then we book the lane.

Every parcel we pick is priced across every carrier account we hold, at the moment it is packed, against the delivery date the customer was promised. The carrier that meets the date at the lowest landed cost wins the parcel. That decision runs on our own rating service, wired into the warehouse system, and it runs on every order rather than on a rule someone set once.

This is the part a manufacturer is buying. Not a discount on a rate card, and not one carrier held up as the answer, but a despatch decision taken per parcel with our contracts behind it. DHL is one of the accounts that decision can reach for.

The lanes we book

What we run through DHL.

01

DHL Express

Time-definite door to door, worldwide. This is the service that carries a deadline. Our published transit is 1 to 2 business days into Austria and 3 to 5 to the rest of the world.

02

DHL Economy

The same network on a slower clock. We book it when the customer has chosen a delivery date far enough out that air priority buys nothing.

03

DHL eCommerce

A separate DHL division and a separate rate card, built for cross-border parcel post. It is the cheapest way we move a low-value parcel across a border, and it is the lane most people do not know DHL runs.

Why it matters

What a DHL account buys the brand we sell for.

01

We clear the customs paperwork, not you

A parcel leaving the EU carries a commercial invoice, an HS code and a declared value. We generate all three from the order, on our account, under our EORI. A manufacturer who sells through us never files an export document.

02

Three DHL rate cards, one decision

Because we book Express, Economy and eCommerce from the same account, a parcel can move between them on the day without a new contract or a new integration. Our rating service picks the one that meets the promised date at the lowest landed cost.

03

A phone number in Patras, not a portal ticket

We keep direct lines to DHL Patras and to the DHL desk at the airport. When a shipment stalls in clearance we call a person in the same time zone.

Start

One email starts it. Let’s get your parcels moving.

Tell us what you ship and where it lands. We’ll tell you straight whether DHL is the lane for it, which of the three services it travels on, and what it costs to land.

  1. 01

You send one email. Product, weight, destination countries.

  2. 02

We read it. No forms. No gatekeeping.

  3. 03

We rate it on our DHL account and every other one we hold. A landed cost, a delivery window, and the service it ships on.

Questions

DHL questions we get asked.

How long does a DHL Express parcel take from Greece?

Our published transit is 1 to 2 business days into Austria and 3 to 5 business days to the rest of the world. Customs clearance at the destination sits outside that window and varies by country.

My DHL tracking number does not work yet. Why?

A waybill becomes trackable once DHL scans the parcel into the network, which is normally the evening of the despatch day. If the number still returns nothing the next morning, contact us and we will chase it on our account.

Can I choose DHL specifically for my order?

Yes. Tell us at the point of order and we book the lane you name. Left to us, we rate the parcel across every carrier we hold and ship it on the one that meets the delivery date.

DHL Express and its marks are trademarks of their owner. TPL S.A. holds a carrier account with them and neither owns them nor acts as their agent. Tracking opens on dhl.com; we do not receive or store the number you enter.
