ACS Courier. Greece next day, cash on delivery.

ACS is how a parcel gets from the Patras warehouse to a Greek address, usually the next working day. It is also how we take cash from a customer who will not pay online, which is still a real share of Greek e-commerce.

What we do

We pack your order and ship it
across Greece, to the mainland next working day, to the islands on the local schedule, cash collected at the door.

Every Greek order leaves our Patras warehouse on our own ACS account - we book the shipment, we pay the bill and we chase the exception. You get a voucher number the moment it is scanned, and it tracks on acscourier.net like any other ACS parcel. Because it is one. If the customer will not pay online, the courier takes the cash at the door and remits it to us.

Why the carrier matters

A late parcel is not an apology. It is a number on your account.

01

Skroutz shows a delivery date, and holds you to it

A Greek buyer starts at Skroutz, and the listing they compare carries a delivery estimate and a seller rating built out of whether that estimate held. The carrier is what decides it. We despatch same day from Patras onto a lane that scans, so the date on the listing is a date we can keep.

02

Cash on delivery makes a failed delivery a cash problem

A card order that misses its date is a complaint. A cash-on-delivery order that misses it is your stock and your money both sitting in someone else’s van, and a customer with no reason left to be at home for the second attempt. We book the lane that gets it right the first time and we carry the receivable until the courier remits.

03

On your own store there is nobody else to blame

A marketplace absorbs the complaint. Your own storefront does not: a buyer with no tracking number phones you instead, and on a cash order they have not paid you anything yet. We give every order a voucher number the hour it is scanned, and a person in Patras who can chase it.

The network behind it

How the carrier gets chosen

We rate the parcel. Then we book the lane.

Every parcel we pick is priced across every carrier account we hold, at the moment it is packed, against the delivery date the customer was promised. The carrier that meets the date at the lowest landed cost wins the parcel. That decision runs on our own rating service, wired into the warehouse system, and it runs on every order rather than on a rule someone set once.

This is the part a manufacturer is buying. Not a discount on a rate card, and not one carrier held up as the answer, but a despatch decision taken per parcel with our contracts behind it. ACS is one of the accounts that decision can reach for.

The lanes we book

What we run through ACS.

01

ACS domestic

Next working day to most Greek addresses from our Patras despatch, with the islands running to the local schedule.

02

Cash on delivery

The courier collects the money at the door and remits it to us. Our finance ledger books ACS under pay-on-delivery and treats the balance as a receivable rather than as cash, so a delivered parcel and a settled parcel are never confused.

Why it matters

What a ACS account buys the brand we sell for.

01

Cash on delivery is not optional in Greece

A meaningful share of Greek buyers still pay the courier at the door. We carry that payment method because refusing it costs the sale, and we reconcile it in the ledger rather than treating it as an exception.

02

Patras is a despatch advantage

The warehouse sits on the ACS domestic network at Patras, which puts a same-evening handover inside our working day. A parcel picked in the afternoon is normally on a Greek doorstep the next morning.

03

A domestic lane keeps the rating honest

Holding a Greek domestic carrier means a parcel destined for Athens is never booked on an international service because that was the only account open. It is rated against the lane it actually needs.

Start

One email starts it. Let’s get your parcels moving.

Tell us what you sell and where in Greece it goes. We’ll tell you straight what a parcel costs to land from Patras, what the island schedule really is, and whether it should carry cash on delivery.

  1. 01

You send one email. Product, weight, where your buyers are.

  2. 02

We read it. No forms. No gatekeeping.

  3. 03

We rate it on our ACS account and every other one we hold. A landed cost, a delivery window, and a straight answer on cash on delivery.

Track a shipment

Where is my parcel? Put the number in.

This opens ACS’s own tracker with your number already in it. The number stays in your browser and never reaches us.

Normally 10 digits, printed on the ACS voucher as the shipment number. Opens acscourier.net in a new tab.

Questions

ACS questions we get asked.

Where do I find my ACS voucher number?

It is the shipment number printed on the ACS voucher, and it is also in the despatch email we send when the parcel leaves Patras. It is normally 10 digits.

Can I pay cash when the courier arrives?

Yes, where the order was placed with cash on delivery selected. The ACS courier collects at the door.

Do you deliver to the Greek islands?

Yes, on the ACS domestic network. Island transit runs a day or more behind the mainland depending on the ferry and flight schedule to that island.

ACS Courier and its marks are trademarks of their owner. TPL S.A. holds a carrier account with them and neither owns them nor acts as their agent. Tracking opens on acscourier.net; we do not receive or store the number you enter.
