Ship internationally, to top-tier courier service.
We hold direct accounts with all major international courier services like DHL, UPS and FedEx. We also have access to all local Greek courier and locker services like ACS, Box Now and Skroutz Point. We rate a parcel across all of them at the moment it is picked. The carrier is an outcome of that rating, not a habit.
Three global accounts, held in our own name.
When a parcel leaves the European Union, the lane is chosen on the date the buyer was promised - not on the carrier we happened to use last week.
Two Greek accounts, so no single depot decides.
Both reach a Greek address out of the Patras floor, usually the next working day, and both carry cash on delivery.
Two locker networks, collected on the buyer’s clock.
The buyer picks the parcel up when it suits them, and a return goes back through the door it came out of. One is live today; the second is a lane we intend to open in 2026.
We rate the parcel. Then we book the lane.
Every parcel we pick is priced across every carrier account we hold, at the moment it is packed, against the delivery date the customer was promised. The carrier that meets the date at the lowest landed cost wins the parcel. That decision runs on our own rating service, wired into the warehouse system, and it runs on every order rather than on a rule someone set once.
A manufacturer signs one relationship with us and reaches all of it. We hold the accounts, we file the export paperwork, and we carry the cost of a parcel that goes wrong. 125+ countries served so far.
The floor behind every parcel. One team, in Patras.
Two markets we sell in today, a third on the horizon.
The European Union runs through TPL S.A. in Patras: 48 hours to 80% of EU consumers, cross-border from one hub. The United States is served cross-border today, with TPL Americas LLC live in New Jersey since 2026. Asia runs through TPL India when it lands.
Where we hold no entity, the carriers above are how the parcel still arrives. That is what takes the count to 125+ countries served so far, and it is why a manufacturer signs one relationship rather than seven.
None of that asks a brand to hold a carrier contract, file an export document, or pick a service level. We hold the accounts, we take the despatch decision, and we answer the phone when a parcel goes missing.

We rate it across our carrier accounts. A straight landed cost and a delivery window.
Carrier questions we get asked.
Which carrier will my order ship on?
The one that meets your delivery date at the lowest landed cost on the day it is packed. We rate the parcel across every account we hold rather than assigning a carrier by rule. The despatch email carries the carrier and the tracking number.
Can a manufacturer nominate a carrier?
Yes. Where a brand requires a named carrier for a market, we book that lane and price it into the model. Left to us, we rate every parcel.
Do you ship on your own carrier accounts?
Yes. We hold direct accounts with DHL Express Ελλάς, UPS of Greece, FedEx Express Greece and ACS Courier. We do not buy capacity through a reseller, which is what lets us move a parcel between lanes on the day.
DHL, UPS, FedEx, ACS Courier and BOX NOW and their marks are trademarks of their respective owners. TPL S.A. holds carrier accounts with them and neither owns them nor acts as their agent.
