Amazon service · Fulfilment eligibility

Prime. The badge that decides who wins the Buy Box.

The Prime badge is Amazon’s own trust mark: fast, guaranteed delivery a buyer already pays for through their Prime membership, and one of the strongest levers in who wins the Buy Box. We earn it through FBA, and where the economics call for merchant fulfilment instead, through Seller Fulfilled Prime where the programme is open to us.

What we run

How a listing earns the Prime badge.

Prime eligibility is decided by the fulfilment method behind a listing, not by the listing itself. We run the fulfilment side of that decision.

01

Prime through FBA

The most direct path: stock held in Amazon’s fulfilment centres qualifies for the badge automatically, and Amazon handles the pick, pack and delivery.

02

Prime badge, Buy Box weight

A Prime-eligible listing competes more strongly for the Buy Box against otherwise identical offers, because Amazon’s own ranking rewards the delivery promise a buyer trusts.

03

Decided per ASIN, not per account

Whether a listing carries the badge is one input into the same FBA-versus-merchant-fulfilment decision we make on every product, weighed against what Prime eligibility actually returns on that ASIN.

How the channel gets run

We hold the account. You keep making the product.

We sell on Amazon as merchant of record: our inventory, our listings, our Buy Box price, our ad spend, our buyer care, inside Amazon's own SLA windows. A manufacturer signs one relationship with us and reaches every one of the six Amazon disciplines from it.

Every rating sits on our public Amazon seller profile, unfiltered, across the European marketplaces and Amazon.com, reaching buyers in 125+ countries through Amazon's cross-border programmes.

Questions

Prime questions we get asked.

Does every product you sell on Amazon carry the Prime badge?

No. We decide Prime eligibility ASIN by ASIN, through FBA where it earns its cost back and merchant fulfilment from Patras where it does not.

Does the Prime badge affect the Buy Box?

Yes. Amazon’s own ranking weighs the delivery promise behind a listing, and a Prime-eligible offer competes more strongly for the Buy Box than an otherwise identical one that is not.

Can a product gain or lose the Prime badge later?

Yes. As we move an ASIN between FBA and merchant fulfilment, its Prime eligibility moves with it.
