Purchase orders, not a shopping cart
Amazon orders wholesale on its own schedule. We plan inbound stock and fulfil purchase orders against forecasted demand, from the same Patras operation that runs our other channels.
Vendor Central is Amazon buying stock from us wholesale and selling it as the retailer of record. Where a category or a brand agreement calls for the 1P relationship rather than a third-party listing, we hold and run that Vendor Central account: the purchase orders, the retail-ready content and the chargeback disputes that come with it.
Amazon becomes the retailer; we become the supplier of record. That trade brings purchase orders instead of a Buy Box, and a different set of disciplines to hold.

Vendor Central holds listings to a stricter content and packaging standard than a third-party one. We build to that bar so a listing is accepted first time, not bounced back.
A vendor account carries compliance chargebacks for packaging, labelling and routing errors that a Seller Central account never sees. We manage the paperwork so the deduction does not become a pattern.
We sell on Amazon as merchant of record: our inventory, our listings, our Buy Box price, our ad spend, our buyer care, inside Amazon's own SLA windows. A manufacturer signs one relationship with us and reaches every one of the six Amazon disciplines from it.
Every rating sits on our public Amazon seller profile, unfiltered, across the European marketplaces and Amazon.com, reaching buyers in 125+ countries through Amazon's cross-border programmes.
On Seller Central we are the merchant of record and set the Buy Box price ourselves. On Vendor Central, Amazon buys the stock from us wholesale and sells it as the retailer; we supply purchase orders and retail-ready content rather than run the listing directly.
The co-operation model and the category decide it together. Where Amazon itself extends a vendor invitation for a brand, or the economics favour a wholesale relationship, we run it through Vendor Central. Otherwise we sell it as merchant of record through Seller Central.
We do. Packaging, labelling and routing compliance sit on our side of the relationship, the same as the rest of the account.
