How we decide FBA against merchant fulfilment.
Neither lane is a default. We run both and choose per ASIN, against what the category and the price point actually reward.
Inbound shipments, planned against demand
Stock reaches Amazon’s fulfilment centres on a schedule we plan against forecasted sell-through, so an ASIN on FBA does not run out of Prime-eligible stock mid-campaign.
One warehouse, two fulfilment paths
The same Patras operation that ships our own storefronts also stages inbound stock for FBA and picks merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders directly, so nothing about the decision changes where the product physically sits.
How the channel gets run
We hold the account. You keep making the product.
We sell on Amazon as merchant of record: our inventory, our listings, our Buy Box price, our ad spend, our buyer care, inside Amazon's own SLA windows. A manufacturer signs one relationship with us and reaches every one of the six Amazon disciplines from it.

Does everything you sell on Amazon go through FBA?
No. We decide FBA against merchant fulfilment from Patras ASIN by ASIN, against whether the Prime badge is worth what FBA costs on that product.
What does merchant-fulfilled mean if it is not FBA?
The order still ships from our Patras warehouse, on the same operation and the same carrier accounts behind our other channels, just without the FBA badge.
Can a Prime badge move to a product later?
Yes. As sell-through and margin change, we can move an ASIN onto FBA, or off it, without changing the listing itself.
