Gold: Operations & Back Office, 2023.
TPL was recognized as one of twelve of Greece's most promising “give back” startups by the Hellenic Initiative.
The Venture Impact Award looks beyond growth metrics to how a company gives back to its community, alongside eleven other dynamic Greek startups recognized the same year.
TPL Americas LLC is incorporated in Delaware, with warehouse operations live in New Jersey, our first footprint outside Europe, and part of the A7 Holding group alongside TPL S.A.
The United States is the largest single-country market for the brands we run, and US shoppers buy everywhere at once: Amazon, eBay, owned D2C stores and B2B. Shipping every order from Greece had become slow and, with US tariffs, increasingly uneconomical. A local entity with local fulfilment fixes both.
Products are stored and shipped inside the US, which means faster delivery, a domestic returns experience and competitive shipping costs. And it’s multi-channel from day one: the same operation feeding Amazon, eBay, D2C and wholesale.

TPL now takes motorcycle and automotive parts from Inter Cars live for consumers worldwide, across Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.
Founded in Warsaw in 1990 and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Inter Cars is Central & Eastern Europe’s largest automotive-aftermarket distributor, a catalogue of roughly five million parts across 21 countries and 650+ branches.
We list and sell Inter Cars parts to consumers on the world’s biggest marketplaces, handling content, fulfilment, customer care and returns. Motorcycle accessories (led by Oxford Products) are among the first categories live, with the USA already a standout market.

We launched OaaS, a way to run a brand’s online marketplace operations end to end, while the brand stays the seller of record. Fashion brand Passadena is our first client.
You keep your accounts and your brand. We run the operations. That means daily account-health monitoring, competition-based pricing, AI-assisted customer care and TPL’s shipping rates, all from one platform. No inventory changes hands and no team to build in-house.
TPL took over Passadena’s Amazon and Skroutz operations in late 2025, integrating the marketplaces with the brand’s existing ERP. We deliberately went live after Black Friday for a calm, stable launch, and were fully operational by year-end.

The entire team came together for Prometheus, our company-wide event, and left aligned on a sharpened mission.
Twenty-seven people, one building in Patras. Management walked everyone through a refreshed vision, mission and growth targets, distilled into a single idea we now build around: build Digital Distribution Networks for the brands we take live.

TPL’s investment is co-financed by the “Green Productive Investment for SMEs” action of the Competitiveness Programme (ESPA 2021–2027), under the “Green Transition for SMEs” bundle of actions.
The action funds SMEs to adopt and develop modern technologies and to upgrade the products and services they produce. For TPL, that means further investment in the operation that takes brands live, pointed at a more sustainable way of running it.

Delphi set the stage once again. TPL joined the Delphi Economic Forum XI Annual Meeting, 22-25 April 2026, CEO & Founder Spyros Kotsalidis with the TPL team.
The Forum brings together leaders from politics, business, diplomacy and civil society to discuss the challenges and opportunities defining the decade ahead. We went to meet new people, trade ideas and open new partnerships: the best partnerships start when the right people sit at one table.
TPL is entering the AI era: smarter supplier coordination, intelligent demand forecasting, AI-powered marketplace management, automated customer experience and data-driven global expansion. We’re building it to run leaner and faster for the brands we buy from and sell for.

Spyros Kotsalidis, CEO of TPL, spoke at “Piraeus Startup Accelerator: Driving Innovation Patras”, organized by POS4work on 27 March 2026 at the Conference and Cultural Centre of the University of Patras.
An afternoon dedicated to business growth and innovation: fireside chats, discussions and open presentations bringing together entrepreneurs, startups, investors and key people from the Greek innovation ecosystem.
Patras is home. TPL has run its operation from here since 2017. We highlight local entrepreneurship and open real networking opportunities, growing innovation in Patras and beyond.

Great discussions and clear alignment at our strategy meeting with DNA High Performance Filters: a detailed review of 2025, and a concrete plan for the year ahead.
We looked at performance, key learnings and what worked best across products and the partnership: the ground truth the 2026 plan is built on.
A strong focus on efficiency, product development and international market growth. We aligned on next steps and set concrete priorities and timelines. We opened new projects that strengthen the partnership and add value for customers. Now we turn strategy into execution.

TPL attended EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo, Motociclo e Accessori), the international two-wheels exhibition in Milan, November 2025.
We met retailers, brands and manufacturers across the show, from the motorcycle, automotive and apparel world.
How TPL optimizes operations, grows sales channels and connects brands with customers worldwide: the operation we’ve run since 2017, from listing and content to fulfilment, customer care and returns.

The whole team stepped out of the building for Strategy Meeting 2025: sessions to align on where TPL goes next.
At TPL, strategy is not a memo from management: the whole team sits in the sessions, hears the plan first-hand and shapes it. We closed the meeting the way we like to: everyone around one table.
The press desk, Patras. The strip is the button.
