Filing History.
Revenue per year
Net turnover for TPL S.A. (formerly Third Party Logistics I.K.E.), GEMI 143336716000 - 2017 to 2025 as filed, which is the company’s entire filed history. 2026 carries that filed series forward at +30%, the rate the completed months of 2026 have actually run at. Group activity outside the legal entity is not in these figures.
Two bases meet here.
FY2024 is the one year both exist, and they disagree: the management series read €2,401,777 against the €2,163,024 filed - a gap of roughly 11%. The step from 2024 to 2025 therefore carries a basis change on top of real growth, so no growth rate should be quoted off those two rows.
We wound down a quarter.
A large, low-margin marketplace apparel programme ended, taking roughly a quarter of group revenue with it. What remained was the higher-margin part of the business, and it rebuilt to a record by 2025 on a smaller, cleaner base. Every figure after 2023 sits on that shape.
Volume, or bigger baskets?
A revenue line alone cannot answer that. Indexed to 2020 = 100 on ERP product sales, with each series projected from its own months rather than borrowed from the other.

- 2026 forecast
| Year | Revenue index | Order-count index |
|---|---|---|
| 2020 | 100 | 100 |
| 2021 | 169 | 180 |
| 2022 | 173 | 186 |
| 2023 | 128 | 120 |
| 2024 | 159 | 170 |
| 2025 | 201 | 191 |
| 2026 (forecast) | 228 | 240 |
The two lines track each other, so the growth is volume-led: the average basket added about 5% across the whole period rather than carrying it. Indices are rounded to whole numbers, so a ratio read off the chart lands within a point of the underlying series.
Where the sales are
Share of sales by region over the most recent nineteen months. Europe is the base of the business; the Americas are the growth engine, up more than sixfold since 2020.
- Europe 67.8%
- Americas 26.1%
- Rest of world 6.1%
Sales have come from 144 countries since 2020 - 65 in Europe, 24 in the Americas, 55 across the rest of the world. 86% of everything sold over that period went outside Greece. The Americas share is why TPL Americas opens in 2026.
We cut the range in half and sold more
Breadth peaked in 2022 and then came down hard as the marketplace programme wound down. Revenue did not follow it. Order and SKU counts are rounded at source - to the nearest thousand and the nearest hundred - so they are reported as approximate and nothing is divided by them.

2022 → 2025
over the same three years
The wind-down removed range that was not paying for itself; it did not remove the business. Order count barely moved over those three years while revenue rose, and 2026 is the first year breadth turns back up - deliberately, on a much smaller base. Across the whole period the operation has sold 110 brands across 7 industries through 27 marketplaces: 18 Amazon, 4 eBay, 2 eMAG, plus Etsy, Skroutz and Shopflix.
