E-Commerce Manager

You take a set of our 11 sales channels and own them end to end: listings, price, stock cover, and the margin each one returns. The stock is ours, so the pricing call is yours to defend.

Accountant

Owned stock is owned risk, and you keep the ledger of it: supplier and channel invoices, EU VAT and intra-community sales, the monthly close, and the reporting that goes up to the group.

Driver

Our own van between the warehouse on Filiras and the couriers, suppliers and offices around Patras. A clean licence and a careful hand with other people’s goods matter more here than a CV.

Receiving, picking and packing on our own shelves, for parcels that leave for 125+ countries. Every order you pack is one a customer opens, so accuracy is the whole job.

You answer when an order goes wrong: tracking, returns and warranty, in Greek and English, handled here rather than passed to a call centre. You get to fix the cause, not just close the ticket.
This is the load in the building. 26 people carry it.

Small team, real surface area. Nothing is somebody else's department.
Twenty-seven people cover a platform, a warehouse, twelve sales channels and the customers behind all of it. That maths only works one way: people here run whole problems, not tickets inside one. When something breaks, the person who can fix it is in the building.
It also means the work is not abstract. Stock we bought sits on our own shelves, and our money is on it. That is the same reason we can move fast: no vendor chain to escalate through, and no client to ask for permission.
